Overview
File opens workspace-relative file references beside the conversation. Its Session Process resolves paths against the canonical workspace, rejects symlink escapes, and publishes only bounded UTF-8 snapshots. The isolated Presentation Provider has no filesystem authority and can navigate only to files admitted by the current snapshot.
